If you plan to sell grain to Viterra Ltd this coming harvest, or in the future, you must have read and accepted the Viterra General Terms of Business for Grain Purchases.

The purpose of this form is to notify Viterra of the acceptance of the General Terms by the trading entity whose details appear below (in this form referred to as 'you'). Valid submission of this online form constitutes 'Acceptance' within the meaning of the General Terms. Information gathered will be used in accordance with the Privacy Statement.
